During the month of February, I hosted a 30 day happy journal challenge here on my blog. It was So Much Fun.
For 30 days, I created a video of me drawing out the day’s prompt. I shared my thoughts and additional ideas on how to take the prompt even further.
It was a LOT of work, but so worth it.
My goal was to help you increase your happiness and mindfulness “muscles.” I wanted to share some ideas on how to become more aware of the good and beauty that daily surrounds us.
It was my personal Find the Good campaign.
Because if we aren’t personally taking responsibility for the joy in our lives, for finding the good and celebrating it . . . then who will?
After making the challenge available for free for a few months, I compiled the 30 videos as well as some additional printables into a classroom format so it is easier to navigate.
