Hi everyone! I’m Jennie, author of the book, Happy Journal, Happy Life, and your host of the happy journal challenge. We are going to grow our mindfulness muscles as we look for and expect the good things in our lives.
Let me be really honest here. I know there are a lot of reasons why a happiness challenge might seem out of place right now. Every single one of us has difficulties in our lives, whether they are physical, spiritual, emotional. And we all have friends and families who are struggling right now too. This is not an attempt to be Pollyanna and blindly dance through life.
What it IS is an act of courage and defiance. A choice to rise up above our own tragedies and problems and choose joy in the midst of it all. I’m learning this right along with you.
Each day for this class, I’ll share a prompt for you to discover in your world. It also might be a prompt for you to do, since action moves us along the creation process. If you absolutely cannot do the prompt given, I challenge you to find your own good for the day and write it in the booklet provided.
This is a 30 day challenge that includes a video of me drawing out the day’s prompt! I’ve now compiled all of the videos, prompts, and additional materials into a class format so it is easier for you to navigate and enjoy.
