Hi there and welcome! My name is Jennie.
I'm an author and illustrator living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I'm also mom to a sweet little girl who is my greatest muse and wife to an amazing husband who helps me with the tech side of this business.
I started the Little Girl Designs blog in 2014 as a way of funneling all of my creative energy into one place and never realized how much it would change my life. It has since morphed into jenniemoraitis.com, a place of encouragement for YOU.
My job is seriously so cool! I get to write books about creativity, happiness, and mindfulness AND help women get back into their creative groove for a living.
I believe that when women allow their most creative self room to bloom and grow everyone wins because creativity, personal growth, and joy in the little things is a beautiful thing.
In this busy world, so many of us struggle with finding time to truly live in the moment. We want to be authentic and present. We dream of a time when we'll be brave enough to share our gifts with the world around us. We have hopes the size of mountains but aren't sure what to do with them.
That's what I'm here for—to be your guide into a more creative life. To give you tips and ideas to being your most courageous self. Because a happy, brave, and creative you is what this world needs!
I'd love for you to join our creative community!
What You'll Find Here . . .
I'm here to encourage you to live your happiest life starting now. Together, we'll learn how to find the magic in the little things and live mindful lives that are full of joy and creativity.
I offer free creative challenges (like this one), free letter-writing challenges (like this one or this one), and workbooks and classes to help get you back into your creative groove. I also regularly write about creativity as a lifestyle because I'm a firm believer that every little moment of creating adds up into something greater.
I'm Also a Big Fan of Creative Retreats
I'm a believer in taking personal retreats to work on creative projects, reassess, and recharge and created a book where you'll learn how to DIY your own retreat. I don't think you should have to pay a lot of money in order to work on your creative projects, and my workbook will help you craft personal retreats that meet your needs. If you're curious about what other creative women are saying about this workbook, click here and read more.
